2. Ordering & Payments

 •  Orders can be placed online for pickup or delivery through our website.
  •  Full payment is required at the time of order via accepted payment methods.
 •  We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect order details provided by customers.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Pickup & Delivery

🚗 Pickup:
    • Orders must be collected within the specified pickup time.
    • If not collected within 30 minutes, we may dispose of the order without a refund.

 

📦 Delivery:
    • We strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other factors.
    •  Customers must provide a correct delivery address and be available to receive their order.
    •    If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect information or unavailability, no refund will be issued.

4. Refunds & Cancellations
    •  Orders can only be canceled before preparation begins (see our Return & Refund Policy).
    •  Refunds are only issued for incorrect, missing, or damaged orders (proof required).
    •  We do not provide refunds for change of mind, late pickups, or delivery delays beyond our control.

5. Alcohol Policy
    •  We comply with local laws regarding the sale of alcohol.
    •  Customers must present a valid ID upon request to verify their age.
    •  We reserve the right to refuse alcohol sales if we suspect underage purchasing.
