REFUND POLICY

At Lockdown Bar and Lounge, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers.

Our Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or replacements may be granted for orders placed via delivery or pickup.

1. No Returns on Food & Drinks

 For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on food and beverages once they have been delivered or picked up.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be issued under the following conditions:
 •  Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong item(s), please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or  refund.
 •  Missing Items: If part of your order is missing, we will either send the missing items or issue a refund for the missing portion.
      •   Spoiled or Damaged Items: If your order arrives in poor condition (e.g., spilled drinks, expired food), contact us within 30 minutes of receiving it for a resolution.
     •   Order Not Delivered: If your delivery does not arrive within the estimated timeframe and is confirmed undelivered, we will process a full refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order with the following details:
    •  Order number
    •  Photo evidence (if applicable)
    •  Description of the issue

Once your request is reviewed, we will process refunds within 3-5 business days via the original payment method.

 

4. Cancellations
    •    Pickup Orders: Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of placing them. Once prepared, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
    •    Delivery Orders: Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once out for delivery, refunds will not be issued.

 

5. Non-Refundable Situations

❌ Change of mind after order is prepared or delivered
❌ Failure to pick up your order on time
❌ Delays due to third-party delivery services beyond our control
❌ Providing an incorrect delivery address

 

6. Policy Updates

We may update this policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
